Hello, readers!

Beauty industry keeps on innovating. Local or international. New products and brands keep on coming that can be the next big thing. With that, let me share this brand that I discover recently. They have a stall at Victory Mall that I passed by long time ago but never had the chance to check their products.

And do you know that I bought their liquid lipstick at a very discounted price? Fat chance. I was on my way to Katipunan for Enhance workshop (read here) when I decided to drop by at Farmer's Plaza in Cubao. They are the distributor of other brand such as City Color Cosmetics, Sleek Makeup and a lot more. You know how I adore talking to saleslady, can't recall if it's Jane or Jen but nonetheless, she was very friendly and polite.

Matte in Detail

First off, the packaging is very simple. A matte black cover with clear tube that contains the product. As for the shade, what you see is what you get. And also, this is way smaller than the usual size.

Just like other liquid lipstick, it has doe-foot applicator.

It has a melon scent. I don't know if I'd be happy about it or what but based from my previous experience, the more they try to cover the original scent of the product means the more chemical it has. I think, without the melon scent and so, it has a strong chemical scent like ELF liquid lipstick (the very reason I never had their lippies but other products are great!)

D1 Samantha - a warm brown shade that can be comparable to Colourpop Beeper but somehow lighter. Also this is a great dupe for Kylie Lip Kit in True Brown K.

D5 Loth - a darker version of Krysle. My bad, don't have words to describe it. Basta nude siya, be. Somehow similar to NYX Suede Sandstorm.

D15 Krysle - perfect nude for everyone, however, it varies on the skin tone of the person wearing the lipstick. Great dupe for NYX Lingerie collection since it is not yet available in the Philippines.

Swatches? Please take note that I'm medium to dark skin tone so these swatches will be different to fair skin.

Left to right: Krsyle D15, Loth D5, Samantha D1

Formula? Compare to others, this one is very light and I'm loving it! It glides smoothly and effortless though with Samantha, it tends to be patchy at some areas. Also, the more you apply the product on the lips, it gets sticky. So less is more.

It cost me P 337.25 for the three of them since it is 50% off but originally, each item costs P 225.00. Not bad, right? Cheap but with great quality.

Pros:

- smells good
-  very affordable
- lightweight and travel friendly
- not drying on the lips
- matte and non-transferable
- wide variety of shades

Cons:

- small amount of product
- the smell (because of my conclusion)
